This "un-ceremony" is for couples wanting to make their union legal in a fast manner and have a party with their families later or no party at all!

Everyone needs/wants something different, but every week I get couples that say "I just need my marriage license signed" either due to Military, Insurance, Mortgage, Immigration, etc.

 

Since Judges no longer celebrate weddings at the City County Building in most Counties across central Indiana, you will need someone to sign your marriage license to get married and I'm here to help!

So this is the option for just that, and the rest is up to you if you want to do a celebration later.

 

I meet you at my home office in Fishers (116th St in the Geist area),

Available Monday-Thursday from 9am-6pm; Friday- Sunday 9am-2pm.

Price is ONLY inside 465 loop, travel fee applies when outside this limit.

Don't overpay if you just need someone to sign your marriage license without leaving your home!

It is just to make it legal! Stress and planning-free!

 

Usually, couples that choose this ceremony, need me to come to their house for more privacy or if my location is too far.

Most couples just need to make it legal and will have a big bash or religious ceremony in the future.

Whichever is the case, I will travel to your home to make it convenient for you.

 

Appointments required due to traveling to location, usually available same day.

Due to nature of this process, appts are only made for same the week.

Fine Print: This is to get together to "just sign" to make it legal.

I'm in/out, so the couple must be ready when I arrive, and I leave 10 minutes after I arrive or sooner, since we are just signing.

Non-refundable payment is due at booking.

NOT available Friday and Saturday between 2pm-7pm- Earlier or Later available

• Witnesses are always welcome but not required in Indiana. You can have as many friends/family as you like! Please remember they will only see you sign - It is NOT  a ceremony and I do not wait for guests to arrive, as I will be in/out.

 

Additional services:

    - Your own mini photo session! 30 minutes of Photography $70

• Light editing of photos of your ceremony and portraits after. (No Photoshop)

• High resolution and copyright free photos. Photos will be delivered within 2 weeks after the event via online link for couple to freely share and download/print.

Please be advised, Officiants can not perform ceremonies at most of the

Clerk's Offices/Government Buildings in Indiana due to regulation updates.

 

Fees include I465 loop only. 

Additional travel fees apply for any location outside I465 loop.

 

The Clerk may officiate weddings at the Court on especial occasions such Valentine's Day.

"Justice of the Peace" is an old term (1788) that is no longer used with the change of

Indiana's legal system. It was someone with a legal degree such a Judge.
